Refund policy

Because our products are instant digital downloads, all sales are final once files are delivered, except when a file is defective or cannot be delivered. In that case, contact us within 14 days at hello@bizblueprints.shop and we will repair, replace, or refund the purchase. Chargebacks for delivered, non-defective digital files may be disputed with delivery records.
