What am I buying?
Digital templates for short-term rental hosts. Personalize and use them for your own property. This is not a property-management or done-for-you service. No physical item is shipped.
What software do I need?
Starter includes PDF files, editable text files and a Canva welcome-book template. Use a PDF reader that supports fillable forms and your own Canva account for the Canva template. Canva features depend on your account plan.
Can I buy a kit now?
Yes, the Starter Kit is available now. After successful checkout, digital delivery provides the Starter ZIP and the Canva template link. The Pro Kit is not available to purchase yet.
Are results guaranteed?
No. Results depend on your property, market and how you use the templates. These tools do not replace your judgment or local requirements.
What if I need a refund or have a file problem?
The current refund policy states that sales are final after digital files are delivered, with an exception for defective or undeliverable files reported within 14 days. Read the full policy and contact support with your order details.
How do I get help?
Use our contact page for questions about kit contents, formats or an existing order. Include the kit name and, if relevant, your order number. Never send payment-card details or passwords.
